Femi is responsible for the overall quality and output of each engagement. He brings an experience of over 20 years centered around risk-based auditing, financial control and reporting, financial due diligence, ERP implementation, loan and equity financing, tax planning and compliance.
Femi is equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects and man-management skills. His experience spans several industries in two continents.
As General Manager Finance at Helios Towers Nigeria Limited (HTN), Femi was a lead player in the company’s syndicated $250m debt financing through IFC. He was also the lead player in a $200m debt and equity financing through three major Nigerian banks in 2007.
Prior to joining HTN, Femi was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Whilst at PwC, in addition to managing statutory audits of medium to large sized group companies with turnovers between N5 billion and N20 billion, he also led an experienced team in a due diligence exercise of a French Group of companies.
Prior to coming to Nigeria in April 2006 to join PwC, Femi was Practice Senior at Wilson Wright & Co (WW) Chartered Accountants and registered auditors in London for over 4 years. At WW, he was a key member of the Business Services Unit; an outsourcing function where he performed financial control, human resources, executive training and management accounting services for international clients with headquarters outside the UK. Femi also worked at Greenback Alan and Howard Wade and Jacob, both medium-sized chartered accountancy firms in the City of London, where he trained and established his accounting skills.
Femi is also a Fellow of ICAN and ACCA and an Associate Member of CITN.
